Ashley Nicole Davis, Spokane, born 1990, charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to manufacture, a felony, November 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to felony possession of a controlled substance, pled guilty and sentenced to three years in prison, determinate, four years indeterminate, jurisdiction retained, $500 fine and $417.50 costs.

Robert Glen Wolf, Moyie Springs, born 1984, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance February 28, charging agency not listed pled guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, determinate, three years indeterminate, prison suspended, $382.50 costs and five years felony probation.

Ruthie Mae Jolly, Bonners Ferry, born 2004, charged with DUI February 14 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to DUI under age 21, pled guilty and sentenced to a 180 day drivers license suspension, $797.50 fine, $500 suspended, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Jeremy L. McCulla, Post Falls, born 2002, charged with reckless driving March 26 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to inattentive driving, pled guilty and sentenced to ten days in jail, suspended, $92.50 fine, $157.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Herman Arthur Schwarz, home of record not available, born 1965, charged with commercial driver in possession of alcohol April 19 by the Idaho State Police, found guilty and fined $263.50 and $160.50 costs.

Sibylle J. Smith, Bonners Ferry, born 1986, charged with petit theft April 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $142.509 fine, $407.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Joel B. Vancampen, Bonners Ferry, born 1971, charged with attempted strangulation, a felony, February 20, charging agency not listed, amended to domestic battery, a misdemeanor, pled guilty and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended, credited with four days served, $562.50 fine, $212.50 costs and 364 days probation.
