Here’s a life and ministry update from Pastor Thad:
We have some truly exciting updates to share about what God is doing through Your Jesus Journey (YJJ)! It’s been an incredible season of faith, growth, and global impact.
A few years ago, Kaila and I felt God’s undeniable call to go and make disciples everywhere, not just build church buildings. So, we took a monumental leap: we sold our house, packed our lives into an RV, and embarked on a journey of daily trust in God’s provision. He has shown up faithfully, time and again, providing for every need, big and small.
Our Growing YJJ Family & Non-Profit Status!
Perhaps the greatest blessing has been the expansion of our YJJ Family. What started with just the two of us has blossomed into a dedicated team across the U.S., Canada, India, and Kenya!
As our team grew, so did our opportunities. This led us to pursue official non-profit status.
God’s goodness shone brightest when a Christian couple stepped forward and provided $5,000 to
cover all the professional fees, allowing us to focus on teaching God’s Word and making disciples without financial burden.
Our non-profit status was officially approved in mid-May, meaning donations through http://www.YourJesusJourney.com may now be tax-deductible!
Our YJJ Core Team consists of Todd & Lorinda Christianson from St. Helens Oregon, Bruce and Tammy Fager from Potlatch Idaho, Josh and Krysti League from Las Vegas Nevada, Brandon and
Andrea Walburg from Kingman Arizona, Tammi Stone a full-time nomad, and Tim and Tracy
Gibson from Florida. This team meets regularly to oversee our ministry, which is focused on
three purposes:
• To teach the Bible in a way that makes sense.
• To help people find Christian friends to study God’s Word with and enjoy life.
• To help YJJ members grow as disciple-makers, actively practicing what they learn.
New Resources and Global Reach!
We’re thrilled to launch daily in-depth Bible study guides that correspond with Pastor Thad’s Live Daily Bible Podcast Video Episodes. These guides offer context, questions, and modern-day application. If you’re ready to dig deeper, you can opt-in to receive them daily!

God is also moving powerfully in Kenya! Our connection with Pastor Daniel and Mountain Movers Church in Kakamega has led to incredible fruit. After shipping over 300 Bibles in November, their team was invited to a farm prison. This visit resulted in over 300 men giving their lives to Christ! The word spread, and now other prisons are asking for the Gospel!
To equip them, we asked for $1,500 for an “Outreach Kit” (TV, laptop, generator, etc.). God
answered our request within ONE DAY! He even provided an extra $200, which perfectly
covered forgotten items.
We also recently connected with Sabina, originally from Kenya, who is
now translating our study guides into Kiswahili and helping coordinate locally in Kenya. God is
truly so good!
