Dagen Montgomery Keyes, Naples, born 2005, charged with minor in possession of alcohol second offense September 4 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 180 day drivers license suspension, $1,312.50 fine, $1,000 suspended, $212.50 costs and 365 days supervised probation. Charged with minor in possession of alcohol, subsequent offense, November 4 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, amended minor in possession of alcohol, found guilty and fined $431 and $56.50 costs.

Marcus Anthony Noble, Post Falls, born 1993, charged with possession of marijuana November 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, amended to possession of paraphernalia, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Robert John Pruitt, Moyie Springs, born 1971, charged with DUI by the Idaho State Police, found guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 80 days suspended and credit for one day served, 90 day drivers license suspension, $297.50 fine, $287.50 costs and 364 days supervised probation.

Mariah Rajani Quillin, Bonners Ferry, born 1987, charged with driving without privileges July 27 by the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office, pled guilty and sentenced to 90 days in jail, 84 days suspended, $327.50 fine, $172.50 costrs and one year probation.

Ian M. Williams, Bonners Ferry, born 2005, charged with possession of marijuana October 31 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $200.50 costs and 364 days probation.

Mickell C. Zimmerle, St. Maries, born 2000, charged with possession of marijuana November 8 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, $102.50 fine, $202.50 costs and 364 days probation.
