Davis, Kalispell, born 1980, charged with DUI by the Bonners Ferry Police Departrment December 18, pled guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 28 days suspended, 90 day drivers license suspension, $547.50 fine, $416.50 costs and 364 days probation. Charged with possession of paraphernalia December 19 by the Bonners Ferry Police Department, pled guilty and fined $302.50 and $197.50 costs.
