Boundary Community Hospital (BCH), in partnership with Boundary County School District 101, is proud to host its annual Free Sports Physicals event to ensure all Boundary County students have the opportunity to participate in athletics without the financial barrier of a physical exam.
Physicals are required for students entering grades 6, 7, 9 or 11 who plan to participate in any school-sponsored sport, including robotics and flag football.
Additionally, any student new to the athletic programs requires a physical.
The event will be held frtom 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, at Boundary Community Hospital, 6640 Kaniksu Street, Bonners Ferry.
A parent or guardian must accompany all students during their physical.\ Forms will be provided at the event.
“We understand the importance of athletics for students’ physical and mental well-being,” says Danielle Larsson, Community Relations & Marketing Coordinator of BCH. “This event removes a financial barrier and allows all students to participate in the sports they love. We are grateful to our staff and volunteers for their dedication to making this event an annual success.”
