Highway 95 work begins Monday north of Bonners Ferry

Starting Monday, July 8, through Thursday, July 11, road crews will close lanes of traffic on Highway 95 in two areas north of Bonners Ferry to repair the road surface.

The work will start Monday near mile marker 509.3 on a 50-foot section of the far northbound lane. Only one lane will be closed for this portion of the work.

On Tuesday, work will move to mile marker 511 for a 300-foot section of road and will require closure of the full width of the northbound lanes.

Motorists are asked to slow down and use caution in the construction zone. Crews will use cones and flaggers to control traffic during this repair work which is planned to be completed on July 11.
