This alert is to advise legislators of the legal strategy the Committee is expecting to employ against any legislation that may be enacted in the 2025 session to authorize the use of public funds for private and religious schooling. It is important that legislators are fully advised of the potential legal pitfalls ahead of time so that they cannot plead ignorance of the legal consequences after the fact.
